The agency-era proof. 0 cases. Seven years.

Before AI search, we ran performance and content for SMB and mid-market. These are those cases.

Each card links to the original case page, kept as it was written at the time. Our modern AI search cases live at /cases. They use a different proof model, so read the two sets differently.

  1. Find your industry. Cases are grouped by category, newest first.
  2. Check the result line. Every card leads with the metric the client cared about then.
  3. Open the full case. It shows the budget, the starting point and each step we took.

From agency to platform

Three things changed between 2019 and 2025.

01 · Buyer surface

The buyer's first surface stopped being Google.

From 2019 to early 2024 we optimised landing pages, ads, CRM funnels, and SEO. The buyer Googled, landed, converted. From late 2024 the buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Claude before they Google — and the answer is built from third-party citations, not from the website. The optimisation surface moved.

02 · Proof model

The proof model changed.

These cases prove what happened in a Google-search world: leads, ROI, conversion rate, traffic and SEO position. The modern cases at /cases prove what happens in an AI-search world. They track how often each engine names the brand and where the citation lives. Different KPI. Different measurement. Different proof.

03 · Delivery

The platform replaced the agency assembly line.

Through 2024 every account had a strategist, a content lead, a developer and an analyst. From 2025 the same work runs on our platform, with one marketer per account in charge. Output went up several times. AI search became part of every engagement.
